Where are you in your legal career today?

Most practising lawyers enrolled with a Bar Council, Law Society, or Roll of Advocates outside the UK should select the first option.

Why this matters

Rule IV.B7.R19 narrows full exemption from Bar training to four specific categories of applicant. If you do not fall into one of them, full exemption is not the path — but partial exemption based on your qualifications and experience often is.

The largest group at Blackstone is practising lawyers admitted outside the UK from common-law jurisdictions like Pakistan, Nigeria, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada, and others.
