Course Duration: 1 Month

Course Description: This extensive legal writing course will provide theoretical as well as practical training on drafting pleadings, legal research and opinion writing.  Training will be given on important areas of practice, including drafting agreements, designing petitions, contractual agreements, bails and FIRs in real-life situations.

This course will also touch upon the critical rules and principles of drafting legal documents and will provide you with a completely practice-oriented understanding of the subject with the guidance of an experienced lawyer.
