Our Referral/Affiliate Program Overview

The Blackstone Student Referral Program allows individuals (“Affiliates/Referrers”) who are interested in receiving either tuition credit and/or a commission for referring prospective students ("Referees"), via their personal reference. These prospective students must register and enroll in any of Blackstone’s offered programs. These Program Rules apply to both the affiliate and the referee, so please read carefully to understand your respective rights and obligations.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Blackstone affiliate\referrer, you must be one of the following:

• A currently enrolled student at Blackstone

• A member of Blackstone alumni

• A Corporate Entity

How it Works?

Under the Referral Program, interested referees/affiliates will be required to apply for acceptance into the program by filling out the Affiliate Program Sign Up Form

Once you register to become an Affiliate you may invite eligible individuals to apply for a Blackstone offered program with your reference by distributing Blackstone provided banners or links. You may also send your references to campus for a meeting with the admissions staff. You may use graphic and text links provided by the University and share them on your social media pages, website or within email messages. If required, Blackstone can provide you with a standard email template to dispatch. A prospect will not be counted as your reference upon payment if they’ve already registered and paid with another affiliate/referrer’s reference. If the prospective student does not mention your name and actually apply for a program & ultimately registers, you will not receive attribution for the referral and they will not be considered your referred prospect.

You are eligible to earn a commission for each new student that you refer to Blackstone either via your social media pages or otherwise. All commission payments and referral rewards are based on the following principles:

• All compensation to student affiliates will be administered in the form of a tuition credit or cash/bank payment. 

• Each new student that is referred must pay their tuition & fee in full  in order for a commission or tuition credit to be applicable.

• Commission or Tuition Credit will only be paid provided referrar/affiliate has not tuition & fee balance due with Blackstone and has no disciplinary actions pending against him/her.

Commission/Tuition Credit Amounts

Commission and Tuition Credit amounts are determined based on the degree program under which the referred student applies.

These figures will expire on the 31st of August 2021. New commissions will be drafted after that point.

Undergraduate Program Referrals (LLB, ATHE Foundation, BSc Business Administration)

A one-time commission or tuition credit of Rs. 10,000 can be claimed and received by the affiliate for up to ten (10) new students.

O/A Level or Intermediate

A commission or tuition credit of Rs. 5,000 can be claimed and received by the affiliate for up to twenty (20) new students.

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

While advertising or disseminating information about Blackstone, you cannot use:

• Disparaging or defamatory content concerning Blackstone or third parties;

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).

• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).

• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.

• Fake referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

• Content which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, discrimination, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

• Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, and/or contains nudity

• Any political and/or religious statement

• Content containing images or reference to drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or firearms

• Content that violates someone else’s privacy

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
