Course Description: This course aims to introduce an in-depth understanding of Intellectual Property Laws in Pakistan, keeping in mind the broad themes. There are four major components of Intellectual property Trademarks, Copyright, Patent and Design rights. The course will equip the trainees with all the relevant laws required for registration, enforcement and violation of rights.
