Course Description: This course will provide an introduction to the National Accountability Bureau Ordinance, 1999 (created for speedy disposal of cases involving corrupt practices, abuse of authority, misappropriation of property and other connected matters). 

This course will also help you familiarize with different sections of NAB Ordinance, including but not limited to, the powers of NAB, the bail procedure under NAB, different offences and related punishments, and different procedures in trial and appeal. The course will be taught theoretically and will include case precedents as well as real-life situations to help understand application of law in this field.
