Head of Student Services

Location: Blackstone School of Law & Business, Lahore Campus

Salary: 150,000 PKR per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role working with University of London students

Job Overview:

The Head of Student Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academic environment, overseeing a range of responsibilities from student registration to exam coordination with the University of London and other relevant bodies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administrative roles, showcasing exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the student life cycle from registration to graduation, including alumni relations.

Ensure timely registration of all students (LLB, Foundation, BSc Business and LLM) with the University of London.

Coordinate with various exam providers, such as the British Council, for timely submission of exam entries.

Supervise the scheduling of classes in coordination with teachers.

Maintain high levels of quality assurance, including monitoring student attendance and counselling students at risk due to low attendance.

Oversee the resolution of student complaints in adherence to internal and external policies and relevant laws.

Ensure compliance with the Student Code of Conduct and Harassment Policy.

Lead the team responsible for administrative support to teachers, including providing necessary supplies and technical assistance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree will be a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an educational institution offering University of London programs.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of educational institutions, including data protection laws.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
